Mentoring – Elsie Ritzenhein

Mentoring

Do you need supportive guidance?

Mentoring is a means of sharing wisdom and is available only in a one-on-one format.  Both parties involved in the mentoring process give and receive wisdom, ideas, support, and creative energy from each other.  It differs from coaching not only because it is one-on-one only, but also because mentoring is a special relationship between two people that acknowledges our creative being in a way that often allows kindred spirits to learn from each other.  I am interested in mentoring those of you who wish to seriously challenge your creative possibilities, both personally and in the greater world.

It is the dance that becomes open and fearless.

Mentoring is not necessarily dependent on an organizational context or a team dynamic, although both can play a part in the dialogue.  It can be a purely individual experience that grows from the gentle guidance and support of the mentor.  Creativity skills for women (and men), for leaders and for creative problem solving are at the center, but exploring the connection to the Possibility Space and to the unified field so that you can see what emerges is an exciting and fulfilling component of the mentoring process.  Awakening Your Creative Voice, Generative Leadership, and “Inside-Out:  Building Your Creative Muscle” provide a foundation for our work.  Mentoring begins here but is not limited to these resources only.

  • Mentoring sessions: $200/hour or three sessions for $480.
  • Mentoring is available at an agreed upon site or online

For optimal success, meeting once per week for a minimum of four to six months is required.
